I saw a "manufactured" embellishment similar to these and thought "I can make these"! I had everything already so why not! Some Dear Lizzy mason jars from my stash, recycled acetate from packaging, some sequins and heart punches and my sewing machine. Viola! Took me less than 15 minutes to put together.
