BAHAMIAN CHICKEN SOUSE INGREDIENTS • 2 1/2 lbs Chicken wings (part of choice) • Onion, med • 2-3 Potatoes, lg • 1 Carrot • 1/2 tbsp Chicken Bouillon (optional) • All Spice • 3-4 Limes (Lime/Lemon juice to taste) • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder • 1 1/2 tbsp Onion powder • 1 tbsp Celery powder( or 1 stalk) • 1 tsp Chilli flakes • Salt ( to taste) DIRECTIONS • 1. Wash meat with lime, vinegar and water. • 2. Cut Chicken wings in portion (dividing the drumette from the flap). • 3. Season with a tsp of each; Garlic powder, Onion powder, Celery powder, Chilli flakes and 1 tbsp Lime juice (1 lime, juicy). • 4. Add to the pot with enough water to just cover the meat. • 5. Boil for 8-10 minutes. • 6. Throw water off, and rinse meat. • 7. Add meat back to the pot with water just
