Ok this is almost too easy and too YUM! 🍁😍Here’s the recipe 👇 It makes 1 serving, 250 calories Instructions: • Dice 1 red apple (I used an Envy apple) • Melt 1 1/2 Tbsp butter in a small pan on the stove top • Stir fry the apple on lowest heat for ~15 minutes, covered • Top with at least 1 tsp combined cinnamon, nutmeg and/or pumpkin pie spice, and mix together • Transfer to a mug or small bowl and enjoy! • No butter? Use coconut oil
