If you’re like me you like BIG meals 🙌 Here’s a single serving egg fried rice! Made low carb (and much higher volume) with Cauli rice. Here’s the 15 minute recipe 👉 1. Stir fry 4 tsp sesame oil with 2 cups cauliflower rice and 1/2 cup frozen green beans, about 8 minutes on medium heat. 2. Crack in 3 eggs, and mix in until cooked through. 3. Top with 2 Tbsp sesame seeds and 2 tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce.
