We all have been in the spot in which we have tried everything to heal from something, maybe even blocking out our emotions and giving up. The big question is: How do we become trapped in our healing journey? The truth is, that it is something that happens naturally. As the day goes by and we don’t create a routine for ourselves or a system that keeps us on track we might stop doing all the things that were helping us move forward. But don’t feel guilty about it, it is something completely normal. We sometimes become so used to the same things that we don’t realize how much work they were doing for us and how well they were working.
