INGREDIENTS: • 2 lb chicken pieces (Anything with bones, skin, nerves will work or whole chicken) • 2 medium carrots, chopped • 3 stalks celery, chopped • 1 head garlic • 3 bay leaves • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped • 3 sprigs thyme • 2 tsp sea salt • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar water PROCEDURE: • In a large pot add all the ingredients. Add water to cover the ingredients 2 inches more than the top. Simmer for 2 hrs. If you added any meat with pulp worth eating, it's the time to remove the piece (legs in my case), pull apart the meat and throw back in the broth any bone or skin part. Keep simmering for another 2 hours at least (4-6 hrs total). Let it cool down and separate the broth from the chicken parts/veggies with a colander. Discard the veggie/chicken and enjoy your
