Fragas do Eume is an Atlantic Forest in north-west Spain, along the Eume River along the Camino Inglés . It is a temperate rainforest and one of the most extensive and best-preserved forests on Europe’s Atlantic coast. The park is home to a variety of wildlife and contains the San Juan de Caaveiro Monastery. In 2012, a fire destroyed a section of the park, burning 750 hectares.
