Pour hot syrup into 4 individual baking molds, turning each dish to evenly coat the bottom and sides. Set aside. • Place sliced sweet plantain, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. • Preheat oven to 375°F. Pour evenly int
