1hr 30min · 6 servings Ingredients: • 1 French Loaf • 12 slices of Gruyere • 12 slices of Ham • 10 Eggs • ½ cup of Heavy Cream • 2 tbsp of Butter • 2 tbsp of Flour • 1¾ cups of Whole Milk • Nutmeg • Salt • White Pepper • Parmesan Instructions: • Cut the French Loaf into slices and put the gruyere and ham in between • Mix the eggs, ¼ cup of whole milk, and heavy cream and pour it on the loaf. Let it soak for 15-20 minutes. • Melt the butter, mix it with the flour. Add 1½ cup of whole milk. Season with nutmeg, salt and white pepper. • Pour the mix on the loaf and top with parmesan cheese • Bake for 30-40 minutes @ 350° F • Add 1 fried egg on each slice
