The California designer, known for his eponymous line of luxurious basics like tees, sweats, and fleece hoodies, is putting his Malibu pile up for sale, furniture included, for the pretty price of $12 million, reports the Wall Street Journal. The "farmhouse" is consists of 6 bedrooms over 7,400 square feet, located on two acres of lane in the covetable neighborhood of Malibu. Perse is killing it on this investment, almost doubling the price tag that he bought it for (a mere $6.69 million) three years ago. Plus, this price doesn't even include the home's current beachy décor, which can be purchased with the home for an additional million or so (pieces can also be purchased individually). And don't worry about poor Mr. Perse, for fear that he'll miss the rolling hills and seaside vistas of Malibu—he still owns two additional homes in the hood. Whew.
