Esta receita estava na manga desde o ano passado, aguardando a altura certa (e a disponibilidade!) para ser posta em prática. Achei que bolinhos da chuva, só podiam mesmo ser feitos em dias de chuva! E nada melhor que um dia cinzento de Inverno para experimentar! São muito, muito simples de fazer! Entre fazer a massa, fritar e passar por açúcar e canela não demorei mais de 35-40 minutos! E, agora vem a parte mais impressionante para mim, TODA a gente gostou!! É sempre tão difícil agradar a todos (éramos 11), mas esta funcionou! Por isso, escolham uma tarde de chuva e façam!! A receita é da minha amiga do blog “The Merry Muffin”. Apenas fiz uma alteração por falta de um ingrediente. Aqui fica: (Usei uma chávena de chá com capacidade para 240 ml) 2 ovos 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar 1 chávena de chá de farinha 1 chávena de chá de amido de milho (Maizena) 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó 2 colheres de sopa de cachaça ½ chávena de chá de leite de coco (usei leite de vaca) 1 colher de café de canela em pó Açúcar e canela para envolver Colocar todos os ingredientes numa taça e bater muito bem. Levar ao lume um recipiente com óleo e aquecer (o óleo não deve estar muito quente). Colocar colheradas de massa no óleo e deixar fritar até estarem dourados. Retirar, passar por papel absorvente, e, ainda quentes, passar por abundante açúcar e canela. Comer… muitos! Bom apetite!
