I used to only study weekly weather forecasts when we were going on vacation...now I check the 10 day, daily and hourly forecast like it's my job because the rainy days are so much harder than the sunny ones! But after 6 weeks of only our backyard (no playgrounds or parks!!), they are starting to say "we want to come in, we're bored" . With many weeks to go, I need them to keep on loving the backyard life! So I got a few new yard additions and made a list of some easy outdoor games the kids can play together so I am ready for the next "I'm bored". The list is made up of super simple games and many that require no supplies. Below the list, I linked to a few things I ordered online to use for the games and also just to play with in the yard. I also made a printable list of ideas that I am hanging on the backdoor to give the kids ideas before they run right in to say "I'm bored". 25 Easy Outdoor Games 1. Obstacle Course 2. My preschoolers play all of these games but they have older sisters to guide them. If you have all little ones (4 and under) the smaller list below might be better.
