· 10 servings Recipe: • 1 Sweet Potato • 1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup (or choice of liquid sweetener) • 1 Small Banana • 1/4 Cup @macr0mike Vanilla Buttercream Protein Powder (10% off dc: amb-chloee / omit for nut-free) • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract • 1 Tsp Cinnamon • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg • 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger • Pinch of Salt Method: • 1. Peel and dice the sweet potato. Place into a saucepan of water (enough to cover the sweet potato) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and drain. • 2. Place the cooked sweet potato into a food processor with all the other ingredients. Process until smooth and transfer to jars or a serving bowl. • 3. Enjoy!
