I've published templates before that help you print your own notebook inserts. Today I'm publishing a set of easy-to-use templates for users of both A4 and Letter size paper that should make the job easier than ever. I've designed a stylish title page for these new templates: Inside, you can choose between four styles: Ruled, Narrow Ruled, Grid and Small Grid. Just print this straight to A4 or Letter as appropriate, with duplex set to flip on the short edge (I'd recommend you print just one or two pages first to make sure your printer deals with this correctly and make adjustments as necessary.)
