I'm guessing this will work with any good cookie cutter dough. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this chocolate chip cookie recipe. They're a bit crunchy but still soft – almost like a shortbread studded with tiny chocolate chips. A perfect cookie to dunk in milk, or fill with milk! (or Baileys, I won't judge)
