Super easy weeknight meal with simple ingredients. Ingredients: • Spaghetti Noodles • Pepperoni (less than 1 cup) • Pasta Sauce (store brought) • Seasoning - Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt, Onion Seasoning & Pepper • Garlic (1 tbsp) • Parmesan • Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup) • Pasta Water (1/4 Cup) Recipe • Start with boiling water and placing noodles in the water. • Once noodles are cooked then drain the water (leave some for the sauce). • Add pepperonis to the pan with garlic & sauce. Stir and add seasoning and allow to boil. • Next, add cheese and seasoning. Allow the cheese to melt. • Place spaghetti into a bowl and add Parmesan, parsley and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
