Discover the magic and beauty of Tulum with its endless white sandy beaches and crystal clear ocean while exploring each of the seven chakras. By the end of the retreat all of your chakras will be open and fully activated. This retreat will focus on the opening of the 7 chakras. Each day Katrina will guide participants through a discovery of the physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of each chakra. Through the use of asana yoga practice, meditation, mantra, chanting, and pranayama, participants will learn how to engage and open their chakras, uncovering what might be blocking them. By the end of the 7 days, retreat goers will have explored each chakra and all 7 chakras will be open and fully activated.
