The Grieving Frog is a story about a frog whose best friend has died. The story explores the stages of grief and loss he experiences, including denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. The frog experiences common grief distortions, and feeling avoidant behaviors. The frog eventually discovers through his friendships a way he can heal from his loss.
