3hr · 8 servings BREAD • 1 tbsp yeast • 2 tbsp sugar • 1/4 cup milk, warmed • 1 1/2 tsp salt • 5 tbsp butter • 1 egg • 6 cups flour • 2 cups milk FILLING • 1/2 cup butter, melted • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp cinnamon • ESPRESSO GLAZE • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1 tbsp espresso • 1-2 tbsp heavy cream DIRECTIONS • 1. Combine 1/4 cup warmed milk with yeast and sugar. Set aside until foamy. • 2. In a large bowl (I use my stand mixer) combine remaining ingredients, except milk. • 3. Add in milk and yeast mixture and 1 1/2 cups milk. Mix together, adding in remaining milk if needed. • 4. Knead mixture for 7-10 minutes. Shape into a ball, place back into bowl, and let rise for an hour, until doubled. • 5. Place dough onto counter and divide into 16-20 sections. Roll into
