40min · 6 servings DOBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS Ingredients • 2 eggs • 3/4 cup sour cream or yogurt (175g) • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (125ml) • 1/2 cup milk (125ml) • 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour (240g) • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g) • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g) • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 tablespoon vanilla • 1 teaspoon baking soda • Pinch of salt • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Instructions • Preheat your oven to 180C. • Mix wet ingredients in a bowl (eggs, milk, vegetable oil, yogurt/sour cream) • Sift all your dry ingredients and fold them together with the wet ingredients by using a mixing spoon. • Once all is well combined and smooth, add your chocolate chunks or chocolate chips in.
