Talk about two birds with one cage! 😉 - This move is a really nice, dynamic move that opens up the hips and back. It uses range of motion/mobility movements to help “open up” the hip rotators which can in turn, “open up” the sciatic nerve all in one shot 🔥 - Take your time with this one and remember to take plenty of deep breaths 😮‍💨 - As always, if this move causes you pain, decrease the range of movement. If pain persists, stop the exercise! 🤗
