Morgana is the main antagonist of the 2000 direct-to-video Disney animated film, The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea. She is the younger sister of the sea witch, Ursula. Like her sister, she’s a Cecelia, a species of water-dwelling (near mermaid-like creatures), but with the bottom half of an octopus and appears in the 2nd Little Mermaid movie together with her minions, Undertow, Cloak and Dagger.
