One of my very best friends, who is 6 months pregnant, was recently in town from DC. So, a few of us Portland girls got together and decided to throw her a baby shower. Amongst my responsibilities were the party favors, items I have never been a huge fan of (mostly because they get tossed away and forgotten about almost as soon as you get them). After a little brainstorming, I decided the favors should be festive, live beyond the day of the shower, and be as 'green' as possible. The resulting favors...darling mini-herbs.
