Cut out and punch two holes at the top of each page. Then, attach using binder rings. Some pages are out of order and have the number written at the bottom right corner to know the order of pages. Use the stimulus pages to match up with the recording forms. Put the screener stimulus items (the flip book) in front of the student and follow the recording forms for what to ask/say to the student.
