Refosco is a dark-skinned wine grape used in Slovenia, Croatia and northeastern Italy. It produces dark, densely colored wines with aromas of grass and violets. There are various sub-varieties of Refosco, the most common of which is Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso – "Refosco of the red stalks".
