Funshine Bear is sometimes so impatient to see the sunlight and the bright blue sky of day that he'll take matters into his own hands, especially in the winter time, when the nights are extra cold and extra long. On those nights he'll say "I've had enough!" and climb up the sky, using the stars as rungs on a night-ladder. Then, laughing with joy, he'll unzip the night, revealing the sun in all its glory in the pale light of morning!
