-The Hank beds on this page are not like our other murphy beds on our website! - The Hank Murphy beds on this page come in an unfinished maple material and we recommend them to be finished. These murphy beds do come sanded and ready to be assembled  (RTA).-To offer a lower price, these Hank Murphy beds require more assembly than the other murphy beds on our website.- These beds also do not come with an assisted lift mechanism. The Hank murphy beds require two able bodied individuals to raise and lower the mattress platform.- These Hank murphy beds require a 10" thick mattress unlike the other murphy beds on our website.
