These half moon earrings are from a boring sky blue swath of tin that needed some jazzing up, so I distressed it. I'm happy with matte finish and the fade into the bright silver of the steel. Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to a length of waxed steel wire. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look. The finished earrings are approximately 2.5" (62mm) wide and hang about 3" (75mm) from the ear.
