The shaped botton layer is then covered with soft padding, wired and finally covered with classical black and ivory white 100% woolen tartlan fabric and trimmed. Headband fits to any headsizes, but I would not recommend it to the headsize small or extra small as it may look not pretty on very small heads. This lovely fascinator is made from sinamay and is circular shaped with a lovely contrasting stripe design. The fascinator has a circular black base with a contrasting white trim. On the top sits a bow shape made from white sinamay with contrasting black on the edges. The fascinator is finished off with 2 curled stripped quills. The fascinator can be worn as either a headband or a clip, which are both provided.
The classic Dior style brim is hand formed from a black and white woven buntal straw. It has the simple elegant detail of a single deep red ostrich quill. It measures 17" diameter, and is 8" deep overall. It is worn with a kickstand so it will fit any size of head.
