Ever since I've been vegan and gluten-free I've missed out on a ton of my Chinese restaurant favorites. But with some gluten-free soy sauce and gluten-free hoisin sauce this dish is accessible to all! With that said, feel free to make this full of gluten if that fits in your diet. But I love that this can be made oil-free and refined sugar free too. Inclusive General Tso's Soy Curls for all! With that said, if you can't have soy try making this with wheat gluten or chickpeas for a soy-free version too.
