Do your kids love puzzles? My youngest daughter is obsessed with puzzles. A normal day includes putting together at least two or three puzzles. It doesn't matter that she put the same puzzles together the day before (and the day before that). It's one of the very few ways that I can get her calm down, so I'm happy to oblige.
