Freezing soup for meal prep!! There’s a couple ways to do it, but today I’m sharing how to freeze individual servings (perfect for grab-and-go meals!) Make whatever kind of soup you like and then let it cool completely. Once cool, add to a silicone tray and leave in the freezer until completely frozen. Take out, pop out of the tray, and store in a labeled, gallon-sized ziplock. When you’re ready to enjoy, take out of the freezer and heat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
