AFTER PURCHASE: - Please download your digital file to a laptop or computer. If you download and try to print from your phone, you may not like the results. - YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD DIGITAL FILES YOU'VE PURCHASED THROUGH THE ETSY APP. You must use a web browser. - If you are having trouble saving the file, please contact Etsy support. - Files are 300dpi PDF format. This is acceptable for all printing services. NOTES FOR PRINTING: - Again, do you try to save/print from a phone - The BEST way to print is to send it to your local copying center or take it on an external thumb drive to the copy shop to have it printed (I highly suggest FedEx Office.
