Je me suis lécher le doigts tellement ce fut délicieuxJ’ai dénicher cette excellente recette chez Isabelle du palais gourmand et laisser moi vous dire que des recettes de côtes levées et bien elle en a pour tous les goûts. 3 livres de côtes de dos 1/3 de tasse d'eau (pas mis) 1/3 de tasse de jus de tomate 1/3 de tasse de miel liquide 4 c. à soupe de cassonade 1/2 tasse de sauce aux prunes ou aux cerises 1/2 tasse de sauce chili ou de sauce BQ (kraft) 1/2 tasse de jus d'orange 2 c. à thé de gingembre moulu 4 gousses d'ail écrasées 1 c. à thé de sauce forte ¼ de c. à thé de cayenne -Chauffer le four à 375ºF. -Faire bouillir les côtes de porc 8 minutes, égoutter sur une serviette. Huilez une lèchefrite et déposer les côtes, salez et poivrez. Recouvrir de sauce. Cuire 80-90 minutes au centre du four en badigeonnant à l'occasion et en retournant les côtes après 45 minutes.Mon ajout:Après la cuisson, verser la sauce dans un chaudron et faire épaissir avec 1/2 c. à table de fécule diluer dans 1/2 c. à table d'eau, ajouter les morceaux de côtes et bien enrober de sauce.
