FO Friday: Colours of Spring Shawl
Shawls and Wraps
Sarah Dawn's Designs - Hello folks! So here's another look at my Anghymesur Shawl! This pattern is exclusive to my amazing Patrons -- if you're already a Patron, you can download the pattern here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/27586969. And, if not, you can join here: https://www.patreon.com/bePatron?c=585405 The sample shown here has a wingspan of 64 inches, but you can make yours as long or as short as you like! This sample was knit using Dragon Strings Phoenix Wings Gradient, which is 75% merino wool, and 25% nylon. If you are substituting yarn, any Merino/Nylon or wool Sock Yarn will work up well. This pattern is designed for single skein gradient/ombre yarns, but it will work up well in just about any fingering weight yarn! This pattern has written instructions available as a secondary download, and the stitch pattern is both written and charted. The pattern also has an accessible large print option that is compatible with screen-reading software, which is included as an available download! Sarah Dawn's Designs - So my newest pattern, the Necessity of Innovation Legwarmers, is now live -- and the name is how the pattern came about! Because I got tired of having to take my boots off to take off my legwarmers, and wanted something that would fit both over, or under, my boots! Pattern can be purchased on Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/necessity-of-innovation-legwarmers or on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/ca/sarahdawnsdesigns/listing/749009962/pdf-knitting-pattern-necessity-of These are lace and cable legwarmers in 7 sizes, knit in sock/fingering yarn! They're 23 inches (58 cm), but can be made longer or shorter as you desire! Sizing runs from a 14 inch/36 cm circumference to a 31 inch/79 cm circumference. These are knit flat, then fasten up the side with buttons or a zipper (instructions for both are included). The lace and cables pattern is both written and charted, and, there is a large-print version available as well, that is also compatible with screen-reading technology! Sample Shown in Dream in Color Yarn Smooshy in Brilliant, This pattern has been both test-knit and tech edited. And finally, a huge thank you to all the Patrons who voiced their thoughts and input on this pattern!
