10min · 4 servings Ingredients: • 3 Tbsp olive oil • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp dried rosemary • 1 1/2 cup macadonia feta cheese • juice of 1/2 lemon • olive oil and red pepper flakes for garnish • In a frying pan add the olive oil and heat on low/medium. Add the olives, oregano and rosemary and sauté for 5 minutes. Place feta on a serving plate and flatten down with a spoon. Pour hot olives over feta. Squeeze lemon juice over and sprinkle olive oil plus red pepper flakes over dip. Serve with toasted gluten-free baguette or your favourite cracker. • Enjoy!
