This is very similar to the other adapter that I make, except this version is designed to be either surface mounted or flush mounted with screws (requires cutting a 2-inch hole). I have seen this version used to make a portable power box, a cordless guitar amp, and a power panel for lighting. Features heavy duty 12 gauge wiring and inline fuse.
