This listing is for the Fe Counter height stool (26"). The Fe stool is our take on Gerrit Rietveld's zig zag stool from 1934. We decided to use steel for its ductility and elasticity to give it a gentle rocking motion. It can be made in both bar height (29") and counter heights (26"). At Mtharu we embrace the raw beauty of materials. The flat raw black steel has color spectrums ranging from gray and black to violets and midnight blue. The shape of this table is only possible in one continuous form thanks to this material.

1934 von Gerrit Thomas Rietveld für Cassina , hat Zig-Zag die Form einer umgekehrten Zeta und besteht aus gebeizter Esche und ist in den folgenden Farben erhältlich: Rot, Blau, Gelb, Weiß und Schwarz mit offenporiger Oberfläche zur Aufwertung Holzmaserung und Profile in Esche natur. Mit der schrägen Linie führte Rietveld ein neues morphologisches System in das weite typologische Panorama des Stuhls ein. Zig-Zag besteht aus vier Ebenen in einer rhythmischen Abfolge, die sich zu einer eleganten und nur scheinbaren Instabilität entwickeln.
