1 lime cut into slices 8 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish 2 tablespoons sugar 6 strawberriess sliced Ice cubes 4 ounces Captain Morgan’s Coconut Rum Chilled champagne • Instructions To two tall glasses add 2 lime slices, 4 fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of sugar and half of sliced strawberries to each glass. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass with ice and stir in the rum, 2 ounces to each glass and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with the mint sprig and extra strawberries.
