Functional abs & buns - I love doing these post-run. These moves incorporate a lot of mobility (how your body moves). We are firing up the smaller muscles groups and creating flexibility at the same time. Try 1️⃣5️⃣ reps of each move – you can modify the first exercise by bringing your knee through, instead of the foot. • Do you like to run or maybe you want to like to run?
