McKenna Servis, Coordinator of the MacMurray College Archive Collection and Jacksonville Area Museum Curator, has completed the research that focuses on MacMurray's involvement in WW II. MacMurray was still an all-women’s college at the time so the focus is completely about women and the war effort. MacMurray College was located in Jacksonville, IL and closed almost two years ago in 2020. The MacMurray College During World War II website includes photos and descriptions of the ways in which students and faculty were impacted and contributed to the war effort.
