My previous Macaws sewing session ended right about here . This photo shows the blue Macaw right before I made my mistake and sewed him to the perch early. That's when I decided to take a sewing break. When I was ready to get back to this project, I got my seam ripper out right away. My mistake was skipping sewing the block Z's to the upper and lower right hand corners of the block. These give the bird a nice shape. Now my Macaws quilt top is complete and ready to quilt. It's hanging on my design wall until quilting inspiration strikes. How would you quilt it? ********************************************************************************** Have you been following the Island Batik and ByAnnie.com It's in the Bag blog hop?
