Bach flower remedies were created in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, who was a physician and homeopath before discovering the flower remedy system. He was interested in treated people as a whole rather than looking at a set of physical symptoms and realised he could help cure physical ailments solely through treating their emotional issues. The remedies are made by placing specific high vibrational flowers in water and heating through either the sun or boiling method. Through this heating process, the energy of the individual flower transfers to the water.The remedies work through this energy interacting on an energetic level with the individual to rebalance the conscious and unconscious and dissolve old patterns of behaviour.
