Turkish Eggs are one of my favorite savory breakfast dishes. The combination of cool, creamy yogurt with garlic and herbs, soft poached eggs, and a warm, fragrant chile sauce is both easy to make, but boldly flavored. While Aleppo pepper is traditional in the sauce (and so delicious), I occasionally substitute with 'nduja, a spicy prosciutto spread. Serve with fresh herbs and pita or crusty bread. Gluten-free.
