Lovely, right!? Amazing & feminine: Unique dial made of blue Mother-of-Pearl with original and puffy lume dots, a GMT-register (2nd time-zone) on top and a date-register on bottom. All-wood is all good. Steam-bent beech wood gently meanders to form a gorgeously understated silhouette whose comfort can't be overstated. Dibs takes its inspiration from classic all-wood café chairs. Like classic café chairs, we wanted ours to be easy to maintain and work well in all spaces. Unlike classic café chairs, we wanted ours to be over-the-top comfortable. Steam bending the wood let us achieve curvature without interrupting the grain. It also eliminated the material waste of machining shapes from larger blocks of wood. Beech ply was then added to complement the skeletal structure, resulting in a marriage of forms with thoughtful woodworking details that's both easy on the eyes and the posterior.
