Amazing Math provides fun and exciting graphing practice for your students. They won't know this is a dog until they have graphed and connected most of the points. The suspense will drive them to complete the picture. Have the students color it, put it on a piece of construction paper for a frame, and post it in your favorite place in your classroom or hallway. Other students will be jealous at the beautiful art your students created. Also, the students didn't even realize they were having fun doing Amazing Math. This order consist of a color finished product, a black outline product, the list of coordinate pairs to draw the picture, and a Quadrant 1 Grid paper. The grid paper is a copy so it does not fit exactly the answer key, but it will give you a beautiful dog. Directions: The students should begin at the "0" at the bottom left corner. The student should move right to the number of the first number of the ordered pair. Then, move up to the line of the second number of the ordered pair and put a small dot where the lines cross. The dot should be connected to the dot of the following dot of the next ordered pair. The student should continue connecting the dots until the list of ordered pairs says "STOP". Then, the student should begin a new line starting with the next ordered pair listed.
