The Copyright date can show an older date, but a newer production date reduces its value. “Original 21” means that these original 21 figurines were introduced by Enesco in 1979. When I photograph a plaque, the plaque stand is NOT included. Sometimes I can find the figurines in mint condition and sometimes gently used. I will state their condition in the description.
