This is a 19-teens trade card for the Burleson Sanitarium in Grand Rapids, MI, which specialized in treating diseases and conditions of the rectum. It measures about 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" and pictures a chubby boy holding his butt with the caption, "Sittin down is such a luxury" on one side, and info about Burleson on the other. Quite uncommon.
