This pair of vintage earrings was made in 1988 and features a sculpture shaped silver foundation with a ribbon of inlaid stones and shells running down the center. There is black jet, white that is either Mother of Pearl or a different shell, blue turquoise, and red-orange-striated spiny oyster. The shape has movement and reminds of a flag or a flowing organic scarf. Carry the hallmark TCA 1988 © and I believe this may have been the initials for a Southwestern shop, as I've not found any artist that uses those initials. Each earring measures about 1" wide by 1-7/8" long, and together weight 13g (or 6.5 each). Both earrings have tarnish along the edge of the bezel going down the center, which I'm happy to polish before sending. Please let me know if you'd like me to do so. Versatile Southwestern style. ************* Note that due to lighting plus monitor settings for brightness, contrast and other factors, there may be differences in the colors and tones of photos versus that of the actual item.
