Pat Gonu is a 2-player “blockade” game - the objective is to trap your opponent so they cannot move a peg. The game dates back to at least the 14th century in Korea, and is probably much older. It’s also been known by many regional names, including Swine Gonu, Pig Gonu, and Pork Gonu. Another popular name for the game seems to be Ho-Baeg or Hobak Gonu, which translates to “Pumpkin Game” in English. This is a very good game for young gamers, and makes a great travel game!
